The World-Wide Etsy Craft Party- Make & Take Craft #1

The first "make & take" craft that we are doing are postcards.

They will be going to another Etsy Craft Party location: in Fort Worth, TX & one to Etsy in Brooklyn, NY....

In our Craft Party Package 2012, there are templates:

They are supposed to reflect our locality in whichever medium you choose to use. I chose collage. So far- this is what I have gotten together:

To be continued tomorrow...

A New Perspective

Well I must say that it is very humbling to go from over 1,000 Facebook likes- to 14 today.... So strange to have like 8 followers on Twitter- rather than 2,300. My sales figures are quite low, as I only opened the new shop on the 24th of July.
It has put so much into perspective.
Hello Handmaden Soap Co.

Handmade Creations by Shelly- Share the Love Featured Artist

Handmade Creations by Shelly - Featured Artisan!

I opened my shop four years ago this August. For the past 10 years I have been selling my products at Craft Fairs and some of my fellow craft friends told me about Etsy. I had never sold my items on-line and it was a big step for me.

Over the past four years I have been so lucky to have been guided by so many wonderful shop owners as to the ins and outs of on-line shops. I am thrilled to say that I sell World Wide.

Featured Artisan: Crochet Hooked

Hey there! My name is Cari, and I have a love for crochet (creating and teaching). One of my goals is to show that anyone can create useful and beautiful items they believe are beyond their wildest dreams. My jewelry design, Braidlets®, is a prime example

To begin my story I want to… share some personal info. I’m a native Southern California girl, married toJohn (retired Atty. and Veteran Combat Corpsman with Fox 2/7 1968) who supports my passion 110%.
